If you travel a lot or plan to live abroad for some time, it may be impractical for you to manage your own letting. It may well be that you consider the day-to-day running of a property too time consuming and plagued by potential mishaps or that you do not have a comprehensive contractor portfolio. We have a dedicated Management Department which, as part of our service will gladly assume the responsibility of managing your property.
We undertake to regularly inspect your property to ensure that agreed levels of housekeeping and maintenance are adhered to and that the occupancy agreement is not being compromised. We have a carefully selected panel of contractors who will attend to problems as they arise.
It is our policy to ensure that every last detail is covered, giving you complete peace of mind. We will advise you on transferring services such as telephone, gas supply, electricity etc.



The Deposit Protection Service
 
As part of the Housing Act 2004 the Government is introducing tenancy deposit protection for all assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) in Englandand Waleswhere a deposit is taken. From April 6th 2007, all deposits paid under an AST should be protected within 14 calendar days of receipt by the landlord.
The legislation aims to ensure that tenants who have paid a deposit to a landlord or letting agent and are entitled to receive all or part of it back at the end of that tenancy, actually receive it.
PRG ensure all deposits received are lodged with DPS under the current Government scheme.
